Job summary

1 Plus is seeking a maintenance technician to support robotic cleaning units. The role requires night shifts (11pm–8am) and on-site work at client facilities in Singapore. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, setup and calibration, deployment and support, user training, and thorough documentation.

The position involves hands-on servicing, on-site training for staff, and logging all activities to ensure optimal performance of the robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair work on mechanical, electronic, and sensor components.
• Fault Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical errors by reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Setup & Calibration: Assist in on-site equipment setup, software/firmware updates, sensor calibration, and performance testing.
• Deployment & Support: Support the installation, delivery, and commissioning of new robotic cleaning units at client facilities.
• User Training: Provide basic operational guidance and training to facility cleaners or management staff on-site.
• Documentation: Keep clear logs of servicing, maintenance schedules, and inspection reports.
