Job summary

Adecco, on behalf of a leading global technology organization, seeks an experienced Finance Testing Lead to manage UAT across Finance and cross-functional transformation projects. This hands-on role develops end-to-end testing strategies, understands complex integrated systems, and coordinates stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

The position is a 1-year contract with a salary up to SGD 12k, depending on experience and project scope.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end UAT for Finance/ERP or cross-functional transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage testing across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of integrated systems and downstream dependencies.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Finance and cross-functional UAT initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, including test scope, resource planning, environment coordination, and entry and exit criteria.
• Coordinate with UAT partner teams across different workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Analyse test results, provide regular status updates, and drive the resolution of key issues.
• Develop and maintain UAT processes, documentation, artefacts, and governance standards.
• Identify testing risks, system dependencies, and downstream impacts, resolving or escalating issues where required.
• Partner with regional and global business and technology stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support business readiness, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong experience leading end-to-end UAT for Finance, ERP, or cross-functional transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage testing across multiple concurrent projects.
• Good technical understanding of integrated systems and downstream dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and software testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• PMP, ISTQB, or an equivalent project or testing certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP FI/SD or another major Finance ERP system would be advantageous.
