Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Testing Lead in Buona Vista for a contract role. The candidate will manage end‑to‑end UAT testing across Finance and cross‑functional projects, ensuring rigorous quality and timely delivery.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, deep understanding of project lifecycles, risk management, and strong collaboration with global business partners. Prior SAP/ERP experience is a plus, and PMP/ISTQB is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP or ISTQB certification a plus.
• SAP FI/SD or equivalent ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate testing across Finance and cross‑functional UAT programs.
• Plan, organise, and coordinate UAT scope, resources, environments, and entry/exit criteria.
• Lead execution, analyze results, report status, and drive issue resolution.
• Craft UAT processes and documentation aligned with industry best practices.
• Partner with global business units to deliver quality on time.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues; support business readiness and post-implementation review.
