Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking an UAT Tester to support the Agency Division in implementing PRUForce 2.5. You will coordinate testing activities, validate system functionality, gather feedback from agency users, and work with stakeholders to drive adoption and readiness.

Reporting to the Recruitment Cluster Head, you will handle defect tracking, testing reports, and change-management tasks, while ensuring clear communication and timely updates across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant recruitment support experience.
• Bachelor in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for PRUForce 2.5, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements.
• Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.
• Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.
• Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review.
• Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption of PRUForce 2.5 across the agency force.
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required.
