Job summary

Reporting to the Recruitment Cluster Head, you will collaborate with business users and project stakeholders to ensure readiness and smooth transition, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment support experience.
• Bachelor in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT activities for PRUForce two.5, including test execution and defect logging.
• Engage Recruitment Manager and users to gather feedback and requirements.
• Track, consolidate, and follow up on defects and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management with project teams.
• Prepare reports and user feedback summaries for management.
• Drive awareness and adoption of PRUForce two.5 across the agency force.
• Document business processes and testing materials as needed.
