Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a UAT Tester to support the Agency Division in implementing the new platform, coordinating user testing activities and validating functionality.

You will engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather requirements and feedback, track defects and enhancements, and prepare summaries for management. This role requires 1–2 years of recruitment support experience and offers opportunities to contribute to testing, training, and change management

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment support
• Ability to coordinate testing activities with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in preparing reports and user feedback summaries

Responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the new system, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of enhancements.
• Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather requirements and suggestions for system improvements.
• Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.
• Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review.
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials as required.
