Job summary

TALENT EDGE RECRUITMENT LLP in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented UAT support specialist to join our project team. You will assist in testing activities, gather user feedback, and help ensure system enhancements meet business needs.

The role focuses on coordinating with Recruitment Managers and stakeholders, tracking defects, preparing concise reports, and supporting training and change management to drive adoption across the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAT experience.
• Knowledge of HR recruitment activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT activities including test execution, issue logging, and validation of enhancements.
• Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback and requirements.
• Track, consolidate, and follow up on defects and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate with project teams to facilitate testing, training, and change management.
• Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management.
• Support communication to drive awareness and adoption across the agency force.
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials.
