Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and support development of mechanical and structural systems for Unmanned Aircraft Systems. You will perform stress, thermal, and kinematic analyses, develop CAD models, and prepare engineering drawings for prototypes and production.

The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and vendors, experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, and assurance of robust system performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Aerospace engineering.
• Hands-on experience with FEA tools.
• CAD proficiency in SolidWorks for design drawings.
• Basic stress and thermal analysis skills.
• Experience in additive manufacturing and CNC processes.
• Ability to read and produce technical reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical and installation systems for UAS.
• Size components for mechanical subsystems.
• Perform stress, thermal, and kinematic analyses.
• Develop CAD models and engineering drawings.
