Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
• Strong interest in UAV technologies and mechanical systems development.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
• Experience with DFAM and advanced fabrication methods.
• Understanding of structural analysis and mechanical fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Hands-on mindset; willing to prototype, test, and fabricate.
• Independent and proactive but able to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical structures for UAV systems using CAD tools.
• Perform structural, thermal, and basic CFD simulations.
• Ensure DFM and DFA principles are applied.
• Collaborate with electrical and software teams for integration.
• Prototype with 3D printing and CNC machining.
• Test mechanical, vibration, flight, and environmental performance.
• Troubleshoot issues during prototyping and production.
• Maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, test reports, and SOPs.
