Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics with 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on CAD, CAM, and MATLAB/LabVIEW for simulation and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or related industries.
• Die bonder knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, manufacture, and install components to fulfil requirements.
• Perform full lifecycle product development including design, testing prototypes, manufacturing and implementation.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions; conduct experiments to improve designs.
• Create plans/designs using CAD tools and document mechanical aspects.
• Ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance; liaise with project managers and vendors.
• Estimate budgets and time scopes for projects; draft technical documentation for operators.
