Job summary

DRAGON TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned engineer to act as the technical lead in customer meetings, workshops, and proposal presentations.

You will review and coordinate internal engineering support for tenders and guide multi-disciplinary teams through turn-key bids and RFQ/RFP responses. You will develop technical solutions, coordinate with procurement on equipment selection, and ensure high-quality, compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; process or mechanical preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience in tendering, value engineering and cost estimation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of international design codes and standards.
• Experience in turn-key project execution and procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal presentations.
• Review, validate and coordinate engineering support from internal and bid management teams on tender stages.
• Lead engineering activities for turn-key bids, tenders, RFQs, and RFP responses.
• Develop conceptual designs, technical solutions, and project execution strategies.
• Coordinate with procurement for in-house and third-party equipment selection.
• Ensure proposal quality and compliance across inputs from multiple teams.
• Support cost estimates, vendor engagement, and risk management during pursuit.
• Handover to project delivery teams after award and assist during execution as needed.
