Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing large projects.
• Experience preparing PQ, tender documents, and contract awards.
• Ability to perform market research for new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop, implement and review operational policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization with inspired leadership.
• Prepare and compile pre-qualification and tender documentation.
• Generate sales and ensure profitable operations.
• Manage resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for construction and tunnelling works.
• Ensure safety, quality, progress and environmental impact of works.
• Prepare reports for submission to the Client.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and QA/QC teams.
• Arrange meetings with subcontractors and prepare progress reports.
• Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth operations.
