Job summary

KPMG Turnaround and Restructuring Services in Singapore seeks an insolvency and restructuring professional to analyse financial performance and assist in crafting viable remedies. You will work with stakeholders, prepare cash flow projections, and support the administration of restructuring engagements, including cross-border matters.

Collaborate with Partners and Managers on client management and business development to deliver practical solutions for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate/individual insolvency and/or restructuring.
• Degree in accountancy, Finance or Business or a professional qualification in accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with Singapore law on corporate restructuring and insolvency.
• Able to work in teams with good interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of business drivers and their fundamentals.
• Resourceful, versatile, analytical with good project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on historical and current financial performance to determine viability and identify immediate remedies.
• Assist in cash flow projections and assess liquidity requirements and assumptions.
• Liaise with stakeholders in administration of insolvency/restructuring engagements including dealings with creditors and asset realization.
• Support business development, proposals, and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with Partners and Managers on client management and business development.
