Job summary

KPMG Services Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to assist in turnaround and restructuring projects in Singapore. The role involves analyzing historical and current financial performance to identify remedies and support cash flow projections for liquidity needs.

You will liaise with stakeholders across various administrations, assist in preparing proposals, and collaborate with Partners and Managers on client management and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Performing analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the client to determine the viability of the business and identifying immediate remedies to resuscitate the business
• Assisting the client in the preparation of cash flow projection and ascertain the validity of the assumptions adopted and liquidity requirements of the client
• Liaising with various stakeholders of the client in various forms of administration including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators
• Supporting the business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals and identification of opportunities
• Working closely with Partners and Managers on client management and business development activities.
