Kroll's Restructuring practice in Singapore seeks a Manager to lead high-profile insolvency and restructuring engagements across Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong and PRC jurisdictions. You will oversee complex matters, mentor junior staff and collaborate with lenders, investors and advisors in distressed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• CA and/or CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in insolvency/restructuring.
• Ability to manage risk and stress while delivering results.
• Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage engagements including financial and operational restructuring and liquidations.
• Draft detailed reports for Courts and creditors.
• Mentor junior staff and develop best practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships across potential and current accounts.
