Job summary

TUKSU Engineering & Construction Ltd. (Singapore Branch) seeks an experienced TBM tunneling supervisor to lead tunneling activities on site. You will plan labour, equipment and materials, supervise survey work, and ensure quality control across the project.

The role includes budgeting awareness and staff development to maintain schedule and safety standards. Reporting to the site management, you will coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to deliver on-time progress and maintain strict

Qualifications

• Experience in TBM tunneling projects and site coordination.
• Ability to plan resources, materials and labour to targets.
• Knowledge of budget awareness and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM tunneling activities and provide guidance on machinery use.
• Determine labour and equipment needs with skills and competencies.
• Plan materials and ensure pre-planned work details.
• Supervise survey work and monitor quality of construction.
• Prepare documentation: quantities, targets and progress reports.
• Monitor costs, budget allowances and project scope.

• Perform ad hoc duties as required by the team.

Job description

• Leading TBM tunneling team including briefing and guidance of the machineries
• Determination of required resources for TBM tunnelling works including labour & equipment with skills and competencies
• Planning of materials to ensuring all work is pre-planned in details
• Supervising survey and controlling quality of work
• Preparation necessary documents related to the contruction process such as quantity recording, construction target and reports
• Understands costs , budget allowance and the scope of works.
• Ensuring overseeing the development & progess of staff & the necessary training provided for the team
• Ad hoc duties as required by work team.
