Qualifikationen

• Friendly, proactive team player with good administrative skills.
• Decent typing speed and computer skills.
• Polite, patient, and good customer service orientation.
• Willing to commit for a minimum of 1 year.

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day business operations for Singapore's leading Education Agency.
• Attend to clients via warm leads (calls, WhatsApp, form orders).
• Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending tutor profiles.
• Coordinate and arrange first tuition lesson for clients and tutors.
• Provide administrative support and after-sales service.
