Job summary

SMILETUTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to engage with parents, match tutors, and handle inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You will input data accurately and manage payments to clients.

This role offers 4 weekdays + 1 weekend work hours (9:00-18:45 / 10:15-20:00), starting pay SGD 2,800/month with career progression to SGD 5,000, and a casual dress code in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A level/Diploma/Degree holder.
• Singaporean/Singapore PR holder.

Responsibilities

• Engage with parents to gather details for their tutor requests.
• Match suitable home tutors to parents based on specified criteria.
• Clear inquiries through WhatsApp, Email, and SMS systems.
• Accurately input administrative details into our system.
• Issue invoices and manage outstanding payments from clients
