Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an Assistant Trust Relationship Manager for Transactions Support (Assistant Manager/Manager). The role requires 1-3 years in trust administration with strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

You will support trust-related transactions, prepare documents, and liaise with external parties to ensure timely processing. The position is onsite in BOS Singapore, with a team-focused culture within OCBC Group’s network.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in trust administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous and have an eye for detail.

• Degree/Diploma holders.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction-related activity for the trust company in processing: distribution/revocation requests, internal transfers between bank accounts, letters of instruction for outward payments, ad hoc transactions-related support, and termination-related activity.
• Check and prepare checklists, instructions, forms and letters as required; liaise with external parties for execution and completion.
• Adhere to service level timelines and conduct name screenings as required; arrange for signature verifications.
• Update records in trust system and files; handle ad hoc tasks and projects including trackers, reporting, and archiving.
