Job summary

Unison Group is seeking a Techno-Functional System Analyst to join its Treasury IT team in Singapore to support collateral management, clearing, and treasury products. The role involves analyzing business requirements, coordinating with IT across infrastructure, and delivering system solutions for front and back-office operations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Clearing or Collateral business.
• Ability to perform complex business analysis and gather requirements with system impact analysis.
• Thorough understanding of bank front office and back office operations, risk, finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of treasury products: characteristics, lifecycle, market operations, risk, P&L.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and communicating with them effectively.
• Experience implementing enhancements using both waterfall and agile approaches.
• Excellent skills in documenting functional specifications and test designs.
• Some experience with Murex modules.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into a solution design and model transactions.
• Conduct hands-on business analysis to propose solutions for issues and process changes.
• Capture and document requirements for collateral/clearing projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams across infrastructure to deliver system solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities and system improvements.
• Build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, validate test cases, resolve issues during UATs.
• Manage SIT and UAT phases and plan deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across streams to manage dependencies and risks.
• Assist with production implementation and provide post-delivery support.
