AURIONPRO MARKET SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Techno-Functional System Analyst to support Treasury IT across asset classes including Commodities, Derivatives, FX, MM and Fixed Income.

The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional designs, and coordinating IT delivery for Collateral and Clearing initiatives. Strong Murex experience and both Waterfall/Agile delivery are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Collateral Management or Clearing with Treasury IT exposure.
• Ability to gather requirements and analyze system impact for projects.
• Understanding of Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance and Accounting processes.
• Knowledge of treasury products, trade lifecycle, P&L calculations and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; capable of working independently.
• Experience delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating functional specifications and designing test cases.
• Experience with at least one Murex module.

Job Description

We are looking for a Techno-Functional System Analyst with experience in Collateral Management and Clearing to join the Treasury IT team. The successful candidate will support Treasury business functions across multiple asset classes, including Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FX Derivatives (FXD), Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD), Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), and Fixed Income.

Essential Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Collateral Management or Clearing business.
• Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and system impact analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, and Accounting processes.
• Good knowledge of treasury products, trade lifecycle, market operations, risk management, and P&L calculations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in preparing functional specifications and designing test cases.
• Experience with at least one Murex module.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Murex functionalities including Accounting, Contract/Event/Settlement Workflow, and OSP.
• Understanding of the Front-to-Back Trade Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of accounting schemas across various asset classes.
• Strong technical background.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.

• Analyze business issues, process improvements, and functional requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Capture, document, and manage business requirements for Collateral and Clearing projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to deliver business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and drive system enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with business users and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case validation and issue resolution.
• Plan and manage project deliverables, enhancements, and upgrades within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues.
• Support production implementation and provide post-production support.
