Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Murex techno-functional analyst to support Treasury IT for commodities, credit derivatives, FX, IRD, and other products across Asia. The role requires deep knowledge of Clearing or Collateral, strong business analysis, and the ability to drive requirements and design independently.

The candidate will collaborate with IT teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate UAT and SIT activities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of either Clearing or Collateral business.
• Ability to perform complex business analysis and requirements gathering independently.
• Understanding of front-to-back treasury operations, risk, finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of treasury products, lifecycle, market operations, risk management, P&L.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
• Experience implementing enhancement involving mix of waterfall and agile approaches.
• Excellent skills in functional specification documentation, design test cases.
• Some experience in Murex module.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business requirements into a solution design.
• Lead requirements workshops and formulate overall solution design.
• Capture requirements for collateral/clearing projects.
• Work with IT teams across infrastructure and other divisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities and system improvements.
• Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, validate test cases, resolve issues during UAT.
• Plan deliverables to meet development requirements within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across cross-streams to manage dependencies and risks.
