Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a leading Asia bank on Murex-based front-to-back treasury initiatives. The role covers scoping, design, and delivery of requirements across Operations, Treasury, Risk and Finance, with projects spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan and beyond.

You will design and configure Murex, manage requirements, run workshops, prepare documents, and work with the test team on test cases and defect analysis.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business analysis experience.
• Exposure to Murex Collateral and BO processing.
• Exposure to Initial Margin (IM) and Variation Margin (VM) calculation and life cycle processes.
• Experience in various financial products and IT services.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging (MT/MX formats).
• Experience in Murex implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Nice to have: Experience in Murex MLC, Margin calculation and Life cycle, Migration.
• Nice to have: Experience in Murex Collateral management process.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the proposed Murex solution.
• Manage requirements with Operations, Treasury, Risk and Finance stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and requirement sessions with business users; prepare specification documents.
• Work with the test team to review test cases and defects; provide Murex configuration advice.
• Support design and gap analysis for Murex implementations and upgrades.
• Analyze margin calls, dispute management, collateral substitutions and optimization.
• Coordinate defect management and issue resolution.
