Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to translate clearing or collateral domain needs into robust solution designs, leading requirements workshops and documenting end-to-end processes.

You will collaborate with IT across infrastructure and business units, manage UAT/SIT, plan deliverables, and ensure risk and financial controls are respected. The ideal candidate has stakeholder experience and familiarity with Murex modules.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of either Clearing or Collateral business.
• Ability to perform complex business analysis and requirement gathering independently.
• Understanding of front to back bank operations, risk, finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of treasury products and their lifecycle, P&L calculation.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively.
• Experience implementing enhancements with both waterfall and agile methods.
• Excellent skills in documenting functional specs and test cases.
• Some experience with Murex modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and manage business requirements into a solution design, modelling transactions to meet business needs.
• Hands-on BA to propose solutions for business issues, process changes, and requirements.
• Capture, specify and document requirements for collateral/clearing projects.
• Collaborate with IT across infrastructure and other divisions to deliver system solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities and system improvements.
• Build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, validate test cases and resolve issues in UATs.
• Manage SIT and UAT phases.
• Plan deliverables including system enhancements within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across streams to manage dependencies and risks.
• Assist with production implementation and post-delivery support.
