Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support treasury-specific Murex projects across Singapore and regional locations. You will gather requirements, run workshops, and align design with front-to-back office needs, including risk and finance stakeholders.

The role requires deep Murex expertise, familiarity with collateral and margin processes, and strong communication to coordinate across operations, treasury, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis experience in financial services.
• Exposure to Murex Collateral and BO processing.
• Experience with Initial Margin and Variation Margin calculation lifecycles.
• Experience with multiple financial products and IT services.
• Background in financial markets tech from a markets/risk perspective.
• Ability to discuss results with Collateral and BO support stakeholders.
• Knowledge of asset classes including IRD, FI, Credit, FX.
• Murex implementation, upgrade, or migration projects, SWIFT MT/MX formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the proposed Murex-based solution.
• Manage requirements through analysis, acceptance, and documentation.
• Conduct workshops and capture user stories with business users.
• Review test cases with the test team and advise on Murex configuration.
• Support design and gap analysis for Murex implementations and upgrades.
• Analyze margin calls and collateral processes; coordinate defect management.
