Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services in Singapore is seeking an experienced production support specialist for financial systems to maintain stability and performance in capital markets applications. You will monitor Kondor+/Orchestrade, handle incidents, and work with clients to meet SLAs while applying ITIL practices and optimizing risk and project execution.

Strong technical skills in XML/SQL/PL-SQL, MQ Series, and Control-M, plus exposure to capital markets, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 5–7 years in Production Support for financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kondor+, Orchestrade, or treasury FO systems for 3+ years or 3+ years IT support for other capital markets apps.
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Exposure to Capital Markets apps (Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage.
• SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction.
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management.
• Risk analysis and project execution.
• Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage.
• Strong configuration management knowledge.
• XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• C# / .NET knowledge an advantage.
• Monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SLA and KPI performance and coordinate client communications.
• Perform predictive analysis, escalation management, and risk assessment.
• Contribute to project execution and delivery in a capital markets IT environment.

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a or related field.
• Should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade, or treasury FO system for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for other capital markets applications
• Should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
