Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Production Support specialist for financial systems in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on support, strong communication with clients, and expertise in ITIL processes. You'll work with Kondor+, Kondor Orap, or similar treasury/front-office systems, handling incidents, problem management, and change coordination. Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (e.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage.
• Should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Ability to do SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction.
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management.
• Risk analysis and project execution.
• Knowledge of Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Perform SLA and KPI management and maintain proactive client communication.
• Participate in risk analysis and project execution activities.
• Engage in predictive analysis, escalation handling, and consulting as required.
• Utilize configuration management practices to support financial systems.

Job description

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a or related field.
• Should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade, or treasury FO system for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for other capital markets applications
• Should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage.
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• Risk analysis and project execution
• Knowledge in the Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in configuration management
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• Knowledge of C# / .NET an advantage
• Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
