Job summary

Maybank in Singapore is seeking a Treasury Processing and Supports professional to manage DV trade processing, post-trade reconciliation, and process improvements. You will support HOD on projects, ensure accurate settlements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have a banking or finance background and solid Treasury product knowledge, with strong analytical and change-management skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of key jurisdiction regulatory policies and risk mitigation policies.
• Experience in Treasury Products and Processing.

Responsibilities

• Understand and be conversant with treasury products and processes in assigned BAU.
• Ensure error-free processing and accurate BAU processing and settlements.
• Identify processes for improvement to reduce manual processing and improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure risk mitigation by observing and complying with bank and regulatory policies, preventing compliance and regulatory breaches.

This role covers Treasury Processing and Supports, covering tasks like DV trade Processing & Supports (Vanilla Trade Processing, Post Trade Reconciliation, Fixing & Event Monitoring), Non-Trade Support – Admin and Process Supports, and Supporting HOD on project and process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Finance and related fields).
• Having a good understanding of key jurisdiction regulatory policies and risk mitigation Policies.
• Good experience in Treasury Products and Processing
• Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders
