Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.

• Escalate any problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions.
• Assist the Unit Head in the developmental process of new product development.
• Assist the Unit Head in the daily administration requirements of the desk where applicable.
• Responsible to adhere to all guidelines, policies & limits.
• Responsible to upgrade technical competencies where applicable.
• Responsible to be familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements of the business.
• Strictly adhere to all regulatory & compliance requirements for the business.
• Assist to onboard new clients, including conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative and client service support.
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
