Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Treasury Settlements Specialist to manage end-to-end trade settlements across multiple asset classes, confirm trades, issue settlement instructions, and handle corporate actions and dividends.

You will perform daily cash and position reconciliations, monitor cash positions, and coordinate with Group Treasury, banks and custodians to ensure accurate processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end trade settlements including trade confirmation checks, settlement instructions, corporate actions and dividend receipts across multiple asset classes.
• Process fixed deposits, spot FX, FX swaps, listed and private equities and other treasury related products.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between internal systems, banks and asset custodians; investigate and resolve settlement breaks.
• Monitor daily cash positions, maintain cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Coordinate closely with Group Treasury, Front Office, banks and other stakeholders on treasury transactions and settlement related matters.
• Handle bank account administration, KYC reviews, banking compliance exercises and audit confirmations; support process automation and system enhancement initiatives.
