Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Treasury Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day treasury and trade finance activities across the business.

Key duties include managing treasury operations, supporting trade financing, handling banking administration, and preparing regular treasury reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, trade finance, or corporate banking.
• Good understanding of treasury operations and trade finance instruments.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash reporting and liquidity management.
• Support trade financing activities such as loan drawdowns and letters of credit.
• Handle banking administration, KYC, and documentation upkeep.
• Monitor financing costs and assist negotiations with banks on rates and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and related docs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support shipments, collections, and payments.
• Prepare daily to quarterly treasury reports and monitor cash positions.

Job description

Treasury Executive

An established organisation is seeking a hands-on Treasury professional to support its day-to-day treasury and trade finance activities across the business. This role will provide exposure to cash and liquidity management, banking operations, trade financing, foreign exchange settlements, and regional stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash reporting, foreign exchange settlements, payments, liquidity management, and the effective utilisation of surplus cash.
• Support trade financing activities including loan drawdowns, repayments, letters of credit, and the efficient utilisation of banking facilities.
• Manage banking administration including account openings, authorised signatory updates, KYC requirements, and maintenance of banking documentation.
• Monitor financing costs and support negotiations with banking partners on interest rates, working capital facilities, and trade financing arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions, financing agreements, payment instructions, banking resolutions, and related documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and regional operations teams to support timely shipments, collections, supplier payments, and submission of relevant documentation to banks and business units.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports while monitoring cash positions, financing activities, and other key treasury metrics.
• Support the Treasury leadership team on ad hoc treasury initiatives, process improvements, and other assignments as required.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, trade finance, corporate banking, or a related finance function.
• Good understanding of treasury operations and trade finance instruments, with exposure to banking facilities, foreign exchange, letters of credit, or similar instruments.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, banking processes, and treasury documentation requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to time-sensitive issues.
