Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with treasury product processing.
• Strong ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions and process maps.
• Experience with data analysis or new technologies is a plus.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management and sprint planning.
• University degree required; professional certificates in Agile/PO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmaps for treasury product initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Define and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee UAT, testing, and post-implementation support in an agile environment.
• Document data flows, design, and testing approaches for governance and compliance.
