With 15+ years in Treasury/Global Markets, the candidate will drive product development, governance, and cross-border initiatives while ensuring regulatory alignment and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Treasury Products, Global Markets, Investments, Wealth Management, or Product Management within banking.
• Strong expertise in FX treasury, liquidity solutions, and fixed income products.
• Experience with governance, regulatory reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, development, and ongoing management of treasury and FX products.
• Act as SME for FX, bonds, structured products, equities-linked solutions, and precious metals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk governance, and compliance standards.
• Lead product approvals, governance reviews, and remediation initiatives.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Front Office teams to implement product enhancements and controls.
• Support Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors on complex client solutions and structuring.
