Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced treasury professional to manage payments, banking portals, and guarantees. The role oversees internal controls on access rights and supports daily liquidity operations.

You will issue bank guarantees, monitor LC/BG activity, forecast cash, and assist on KYC and audit matters while coordinating with the KL service centre and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Authorize payments electronically
• System administrator for all e-banking portals and ensure that internal controls on access rights are enforced
• Issuance of Bank Guarantees / SBLCs
• Support monthly credit facility & bond reporting process
• Track and monitor all LCs / BGs issued
• Invest surplus cash in yield enhancing instruments, particularly for China & Taiwan
• Submit 10D cash forecast on a weekly basis
• Submit weekly cash forecasting on a monthly basis – WCR
• Support Global Business Service Centre based in KL
• Support KYC matters
• Support audit matters
