Job summary

MetaComp in Singapore is seeking a Treasurer to own the central funding book, manage day-to-day liquidity risk across fiat, stablecoins and digital assets, and build the funds transfer pricing framework to price capital efficiently.

You will partner with risk, finance and business lines to allocate capital within mandate, monitor concentration, and set rates within approved policies, ensuring robust governance and auditable controls.

Qualifications

• Treasury, ALM, funding or balance-sheet management experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity risk management and contingency planning.
• Good understanding of funds transfer pricing mechanics and client pricing implications.
• Experience managing counterparty exposure within limits.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and tokenized instruments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills for curves and scenarios.
• Interest in working with engineers to automate treasury monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to maintain discipline under commercial pressure with independent judgement.
• Finance or quantitative degree; CFA/ACT/AMCT/FRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cash and liquidity management across fiat, stablecoins and digital assets; forecast inflows and outflows.
• Size and monitor liquidity buffers; run stress scenarios and contingency funding plan.
• Monitor funding concentration by source and tenor; diversify where needed.
• Produce liquidity reporting for ALCO and senior management on a defined cadence.
• Prepare analysis and proposals for capital allocation across business lines; implement approved allocations.
• Deploy funds within mandate; escalate out-of-mandate actions to committee.
• Track utilization and returns; recommend reallocation where necessary.
• Maintain internal funding curves by currency and tenor; apply premiums from approved matrix.
• Set FTP rates and support client pricing; ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Provide funding-cost basis for client quotes; contribute to P&L attribution.
• Support net interest margin attribution and ensure proper allocation of funding risk.
