Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Be part of exciting new projects, systems launches and enhancements: from testing to implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ), coordinate with different teams, and help prepare project documentation.
• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, fares and online booking channels for our travel platforms.
• Gain hands-on exposure to leading travel technology platforms, including reservation systems, CRM tools ( Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System, RMS Cloud Property Management System and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System, etc. ) and property management systems. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/ Resort Management.
• Prior experience in using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
