Job summary

CapitaLand Group is offering a student internship focused on business and IT support within travel technology. You will participate in testing, UAT coordination, and help set up promotional campaigns for online platforms.

You will gain hands-on exposure to reservation systems, RMS RMS CRM tools, and Salesforce, with on-the-job training provided. Excellent opportunity for diploma students to start a career in travel technology and digital operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/ Resort Management.
• Prior experience using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be part of exciting new projects, systems launches and enhancements: from testing to implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ), coordinate with different teams, and help prepare project documentation.
• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, fares and online booking channels for our travel platforms.
• Gain hands-on exposure to leading travel technology platforms, including reservation systems, CRM tools ( Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System, RMS Cloud Property Management System and Salesforce CRM ), etc. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
