Job summary

Shiseido Travel Retail in Singapore seeks a proactive pricing support assistant to learn pricing processes and help maintain prices in the system. The role offers exposure to pricing analytics and collaboration with commercial teams in a global beauty group.

You will work with the Pricing Team to monitor competitor pricing, analyse profitability, and build basic financial models for scenario planning. A strong Excel foundation and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate majoring in Business Management, preferably in Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Pricing team to monitor and analyse the pricing strategies of key competitors.
• Provide support in the analysis of the prices and profitability of the products and financial modelling of the various scenarios.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, Marketing and Commercial) to support operation matters (eg Credit / debit note creation, maintenance of prices).
• Provide support to collect, organise and analyse financial data for ad-hoc business requests.

MAIN PURPOSE
