Job summary

Shiseido Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a Consumer Insights Intern to support the Consumer & Market Intelligence team in delivering research solutions for internal stakeholders.

You will learn qualitative and quantitative analysis through hands-on involvement in key projects, assist with data collection, newsletters, and ad-hoc surveys, and collaborate with agencies to deliver insights in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Background in related field such as Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Psychology
• Interest in market research, consumer insight research or behavioural research
• Fluency in English; Chinese language ability an advantage
• Self-starter with high energy, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication skills with clear articulation of ideas
• Organised, detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up, collection, and organization of research data with team support
• Support development of weekly internal newsletters, reports and ad-hoc surveys
• Collaborate with agencies to support project deliverables and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Work on consumer-focused fieldwork and reporting, including vendor communication
• Assist in ad-hoc research and strategy tasks, such as desk and secondary research
• Propose and plan new internal projects to drive consumer-centricity
