Job summary

ASIA PLUS TRAVELING PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a full-time staff member to engage walk-in customers, assist travel enquiries, and promote travel packages.

You will use the company system to generate invoices and receipts, help customers buy and claim travel insurance online, and assist in visa applications. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be proficient in Excel and Word, possess good interpersonal skills, and be able to start immediately with Saturday half-days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers to assist travel enquiries and promote travel packages.
• Use company system to generate invoices and receipts.
• Help customers to buy and claim travel insurance online.
• Assist in application of visa.
• Make calls to customers to promote travel packages.
• Maintain office cleanliness.
• Any ad-hoc duties required.
