About the role

As a Travel Advisor, you will be the face of Dynasty Travel's travel revolution, leading the frontlines, tackling the industry's challenges head-on, and introducing Dynasty Travel's way of travel and service excellence for thousands of customers who travel with us every year to all seven continents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach via phone calls and chat messages to past and potential clients (both corporate and individuals), pitching unique selling points and key value propositions
• Handle incoming travel inquiries via email, chat messages or phone calls promptly and in a professional manner, providing clear and helpful information
• Utilize effective communication and people relationship building strategies to convert potential leads into actual sales
• Use the proprietary AI-enabled ERP system to handle all client trips and proactively provide feedback to the tech team
• Travel overseas with customers when selected to ensure smooth delivery of a memorable travel experience and foster shared experiences and strong bonds among clients

About you

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive without being overbearing, with ability to handle rejections while maintaining friendly demeanour
• Self-motivated to deliver amazing service and meet sales targets
