National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking an experienced Care Manager for the NCU to provide trauma-informed, person-centered support to students and staff affected by sexual misconduct. You will coordinate access to services, maintain confidential records, and contribute to prevention, engagement and outreach efforts within the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, psychology or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant case management, counselling or crisis support experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed support for sexual misconduct or interpersonal violence.
• Strong case management, assessment and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to engage students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrates empathy, professional judgement and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in wellbeing and mental health.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins and referrals.
• Conduct intake interviews and assess immediate needs and safety.
• Provide trauma-informed case management and psychosocial support.
• Coordinate referrals with NUS departments, healthcare providers and external parties.
• Maintain confidential case notes and reports.
• Participate in rotating on-call roster, including after-hours support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated care.
• Support education, training and outreach initiatives.
• Undertake other duties assigned by Head of NCU.
