Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or nursing.
• Able to work with students and staff of culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Able to collaborate and work in a team.
• Able to conduct risk assessment and provide the necessary support and intervention.
• Able to coordinate and manage the caseload of complex and potentially at risk clients.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including capacity to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• At least 3 yrs experience working within a mental health or community case management setting.
