Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Transport Controller to manage daily vehicle scheduling and dispatch from our Jurong East base. You will plan routes, coordinate with drivers, and monitor compliance with transport regulations to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving under delays, and experience with transport management systems. This is a permanent on-site position with a 5.5-day work week and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of PSA regulations and transport legislation in Singapore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for drivers, authorities, and customers.
• Proficiency with route planning software and TMS tools.

Position Title: Transport Controller

Working Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 830am - 530pm; Sat, 830am - 1230pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling and dispatch of vehicles to ensure optimal routing and resource utilization


• Plan and monitor routes, taking into account traffic, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency


• Coordinate and communicate with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and prompt response to any issues


• Enforce compliance with all relevant transport and safety regulations, including escort requirements and PSA (Port of Singapore Authority) regulations


• Supervise fleet management activities including vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and documentation


• Manage and resolve logistical challenges, delays, or emergencies in a timely and effective manner


• Handle customer inquiries regarding transport and delivery, providing accurate updates and solutions


• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, incident reports, and regulatory compliance


• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all transport activities meet industry standards and company policies


• Ensure all drivers and transport staff receive training on safety, compliance, and customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related transportation role


• Strong knowledge of escort operations, PSA regulations, and relevant transport legislation in Singapore


• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with drivers, regulatory authorities, and customers
