Corestaff Pte Ltd, Singapore-based logistics specialist, is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead transportation operations and drive efficiency across the fleet. You will oversee a large ops team (~150 staff), optimise route planning, manage customer accounts, monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on cost control and service excellence.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Business or related disciplines.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in transport, fleet management or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in managing transport operations and leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, driver deployment and resource allocation.
• Experience in customer account management, SLA monitoring and operational cost control.
• Good understanding of Singapore transport regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
• Experience in heavy haulage, specialised transportation, engineering logistics or 3PL operations will be an added advantage.
