Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee transmission equipment installation projects. The role requires supervising GIS, transformers, relays, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety compliance and regulatory adherence.

You will review safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and manage daily site activities across multiple locations island-wide, including night shifts when required. Strong independent work ethic and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
At least 2 years of relevant project experience.
Valid WSH Supervisor Certification required.
Good knowledge of electrical/substation installation and site safety.
Willingness to travel island-wide and work day/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide full-time site supervision for transmission equipment installation works.
Supervise GIS, transformer, relay installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Monitor heavy lifting, work-at-height, gas/oil circulation and equipment mobilisation.
Ensure contractors comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and project safety requirements.
Review Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessments before work begins.
Conduct toolbox meetings and oversee daily site activities.
Verify workers' safety passes, WAH passes, lifting certificates and other documents.
Identify and report safety lapses, incidents and non-compliance.
Prepare site records, checklists and weekly safety reports.
Attend project and progress meetings as required.
