SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Site Manager to oversee SPPG substation projects and protection & control works at Alexandra. The role requires coordinating multiple contractors and ensuring timely delivery.

Requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years in SPPG 66kV/230kV/400kV projects; Pink Pass is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

• Experience with SPPG 66kV/230kV/400kV switchgear projects is preferred.
• SPPG EHVN Pink Pass is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and commission protection and control systems after modification works.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, business partners and end customers.
• Verify design requirements, project scope and milestone timelines with customers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation to required quality standards.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety, regulatory and occupational health requirements.
• Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues and support timely project delivery.

Position: Site Manager - SPPG EHV Substations & Protection Systems

Location: Alexandra

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM

Salary: Up to $8,000 Basic + Midnight Allowance + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)

Benefits: Medical Benefits ($500/year) with Dependents Coverage + 18 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Activities + Company Trips

Duration: Permanent
