search personnel private limited is seeking a Site Manager to oversee SPPG EHV substation projects and protection systems from Alexandra. The role involves coordinating contractors and stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of Site Manager experience in high voltage switchgear projects, and strong knowledge of protection and control systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of Site Manager experience in SPPG 66kV / 230kV / 400kV switchgear projects.
• Good knowledge of protection & control systems, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Test and commission protection and control systems after modification works.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, business partners and end customers.
• Verify design requirements, project scope and milestone timelines with customers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation to required quality standards.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety, regulatory and occupational health requirements.
• Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues and support timely project delivery.

Job description

• Position: Site Manager – SPPG EHV Substations & Protection Systems
• Location: Alexandra
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM
• Salary: Up to $8,000 Basic + Midnight Allowance + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)
• Benefits: Medical Benefits ($500/year) with Dependents Coverage + 18 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Activities + Company Trips
• Duration: Permanent
