Job summary

WTS ENGINEERING (M&E) PTE. LTD. on-site role supervising the electrical team and subcontractors to ensure installations follow construction drawings and meet project timelines. You will monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and coordinate with site staff to keep the project on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in the electrical field and must hold SCWSH (BCSS) certification. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for daily site operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Engineer with daily on-site activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers for timely task completion.
• Coordinate with site operations to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Verify installations align with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and workmanship quality on site.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and give clear team instructions.
• Ensure project requirements and scope are followed throughout execution.
