Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee transmission equipment installation projects. The role requires supervising GIS, transformers, relays, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety compliance and regulatory adherence.

You will review safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and manage daily site activities across multiple locations island-wide, including night shifts when required. Strong independent work ethic and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• At least 2 years of relevant project experience.
• Valid WSH Supervisor Certification required.
• Good knowledge of electrical/substation installation and site safety.
• Willingness to travel island-wide and work day/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time site supervision for transmission equipment installation works.

• Verify workers' safety passes, WAH passes, lifting certificates and other documents.
• Identify and report safety lapses, incidents and non-compliance.
• Prepare site records, checklists and weekly safety reports.
• Attend project and progress meetings as required.

• Ensure contractors comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act , project safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Review Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessments before commencement of works.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings and monitor daily site activities.
• Verify workers' safety passes, WAH passes, lifting certificates and other required documentation.
• Identify and report safety lapses, incidents, near misses and non-compliance.
• Prepare site records, checklists and weekly site management/safety reports.
• Attend project and progress meetings as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline .
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in projects of a similar nature.
• Valid Supervisor Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health certification.
• Good knowledge of electrical/substation installation and site safety requirements.
• Able to work independently and provide full-time site supervision.
• Able to travel to multiple location island-wide, including Jurong Island .
• Must be able to support day/night works, Sundays and Public Holidays when required.
